All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

We store only:

• Stripe session IDs (for transaction records)
• Purchase amounts and credits added
• Transaction timestamps

3. Usage Data

We record:

• Which analyses you run (credit usage audit trail)
• Votes and comments you submit
• Cases you mark as solved

We use hashed IP addresses for rate limiting. We do not store raw IP addresses long-term.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This is a functional cookie required for the Service to work. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
